Beide sind rostfrei \u2013 aber nicht gleich. Dieser Ratgeber kl\u00e4rt, was der Unterschied ist und welche Legierung f\u00fcr Auspuffanwendungen die richtige Wahl ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was bedeutet V2A und V4A?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bezeichnungen stammen aus dem deutschen Industrienormensystem und stehen f\u00fcr zwei unterschiedliche austenitische Edelstahllegierungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li><strong>V2A = Werkstoff 1.4301<\/strong> (auch: AISI 304). Enth\u00e4lt ca. 18 % Chrom und 8\u201310 % Nickel. Kein Molybd\u00e4n. Der am h\u00e4ufigsten eingesetzte rostfreie Stahl weltweit.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>V4A = Werkstoff 1.4401 \/ 1.4404<\/strong> (auch: AISI 316 \/ 316L). Enth\u00e4lt zus\u00e4tzlich 2\u20132,5 % Molybd\u00e4n. Deutlich h\u00f6here Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen Chloride und S\u00e4uren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit im Vergleich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V4A ist best\u00e4ndiger gegen <strong>Chloride (Streusalz)<\/strong> und aggressive Medien wie Schwefels\u00e4ure. Das macht V4A besonders interessant f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge, die regelm\u00e4\u00dfig im Winter oder in K\u00fcstenregionen fahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V2A ist dagegen vollkommen ausreichend f\u00fcr die meisten PKW-Auspuffanlagen \u2013 sofern die Anlage ordentlich montiert ist und kein dauerhaftes Kondenswasser im System steht. Berend GmbH verbaut standardm\u00e4\u00dfig <strong>V2A (1.4301)<\/strong> f\u00fcr alle Standard-Komponenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temperaturfestigkeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beide Legierungen halten problemlos bis <strong>800\u2013900 \u00b0C<\/strong> stand \u2013 ausreichend f\u00fcr PKW-Abgasanlagen (Abgastemperatur: 400\u2013700 \u00b0C). Ab sehr hohen Temperaturen (\u00fcber 900 \u00b0C, z. B. direkter Turboauslass bei Hochleistungsfahrzeugen) empfehlen sich spezielle hitzebest\u00e4ndige Legierungen wie 1.4828 oder 1.4841.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verarbeitung &#038; Schwei\u00dfbarkeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V2A l\u00e4sst sich einfacher bearbeiten und ist g\u00fcnstiger im Einkauf. V4A ist durch das Molybd\u00e4n etwas h\u00e4rter \u2013 das WIG-Schwei\u00dfen erfordert entsprechend passendes Schwei\u00dfzusatzmaterial (ER316L). F\u00fcr handwerkliche Auspuffreparaturen ist V2A daher praktikabler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit: Wann V2A, wann V4A?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li><strong>V2A (1.4301):<\/strong> Standardanlage, Adapter, Schellen, Edelstahlrohr \u2013 optimal f\u00fcr 95 % aller Anwendungen. Verwenden Sie dabei ein V4A-Schwei\u00dfzusatzmaterial (z. B. ER316L) um die Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit an der Schwei\u00dfnaht zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ist V4A magnetisch?<\/strong><br>Nein \u2013 beide Legierungen sind im Normalzustand nicht magnetisch.
